  1. Laughter makes us healthier- Its important not to take life too seriously. We all have obstacles in life that and sometimes we make mistakes. Its important not to beat yourself up over the little things. This also applies to other people. Try not to be hard on others. – a smile and a laugh can go a long way.
  2. Find the humor in a bad situation- Of course there are situations where laughing is not the answer, however finding the humor in a bad situation doesn’t hurt. Nothing is better than making someone laugh right after they finish crying. It is one of the best feelings.
  3. Remind yourself of funny moments from the past- Perhaps you are feeling down. It doesn’t hurt to think of funny moments from your past. A little laugh throughout the day can go a long way.
  4. Surround yourself with fun people- Laughing is contagious. Its important to surround yourself with people who make you happy and feel alive.
  5. Laughter relaxes the whole body- A good hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress. Laughter is like medicine !
