Today I am going to be sharing with you how to make a smoothie at home. Recently I have not been going out anywhere due to COVID-19, but that does not mean I cant start my day with a homemade smoothie anymore. Now i’m sure you all aware of how to make a smoothie, but I am about to teach you how to make the BEST morning smoothie.
Before I tell you how to make this smoothie, I would like to share with you why I include this in my routine. I find myself feeling very disheveled if I do not start my day with breakfast. As you all have heard, it is the most important meal of the day because it gets your brain grooving. If I ever start my morning without breakfast I know I am doomed.

So, I usually wake up at around 9:30. I like to start my morning out with working out because if I don’t workout in the morning I usually find myself not working out at all. A smoothie is something I always look foward to after my workout.
Okay enough, enough, I know you’re all thinking GIVE US THE SPECIAL RECIPE.

So, to start off I pour a half cup of coconut milk in my blender. ( and if you arent a fan of milk you can replace that with frozen yogurt, or if you want to be unhealthy a little ice cream)
I then add a handful of kale, pineapple, spinach, and a full banana…. The smoothie instantly blends into a green ish color.
DONT BE FOOLED BY THE COLOR, this smoothie is amazing, and so healthy for you because it includes the greens, yet it still has a sweet flavor from the coconut milk,banana and pineapple.
And as easy as that your smoothie is done.
I said don’t be fooled by the color because I had surpised my sister with a smoothie one day to come home a couple hours later to it still full. I asked, “Um why is that smoothie not drank” she replied, “I cant drink green things, ew!” I said do not judge a book by its cover and before we both knew it she turned out enjoying and drinking that smoothie.
But it sure would’ve been a whole lot better fresh, exactly why I used the old cliche “Dont judge a book by its cover”
