Hello ! My name is Vanessa Mannion and I am a Junior at Rowan University. I am majoring in education and my dream is to one day be a second grade teacher. I have always had a love for making a positive change in peoples lives, and I will strive to do that as a teacher.
In my free time I love going on runs, and hanging out with my friends. Below is a picture of me and my two college roommates. My roommates are my family while I am at school, and I love spending time with them. In addition to my friends, I also have two younger sisters, and and an older brother. Something a little fun is that they actually BOTH go to rowan. Two of my three siblings attend Rowan with me… HOW AWESOME??!!
I currently work at a preschool and love it! Some of my greatest accomplishments working at the preschool are gaining knowledge on the correct ways to handle children and help them grow! I have learned how to assist children and I fall more in love with teaching everyday. After I graduate I plan to continue my career in education and soon become an elementary school teacher !
